I specialise in Reflexology for hormone balancing, supporting women on their menopause journey. I am also passionate about guiding you in your journey to better physical and mental health. I discovered that Reflexology and Reiki allowed me to give up conventional treatments after suffering from 10 years of perimenopausal symptoms that ruled my life.

Since then I have seen people’s lives transformed.
