Your personal information will only be used for treatment purposes and will not be shared with any third parties, without your express permission, with the exception of safeguarding concerns relating to a child or vulnerable adult who I perceive to be at the risk of harm in which case I reserve the right to report and share date with the necessary safeguarding agencies.
   
2. The storage and disclosure of information which you have given us is securely stored, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation.

Appointments:

There is a £10 non-refundable booking fee for appointments at Aquae Sulis Therapy Centre. By booking an appointment you agree to this booking policy.

Cancellations:

If you are unable to attend an appointment or need to cancel or reschedule a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid 100% of scheduled treatment costs being incurred. By booking an appointment you agree to this cancellation policy.
